You can return or exchange clothing items within 15 days from the date of purchase or delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Eligible reasons:
- Defective items: Manufacturing issues (e.g., fading, shrinkage, tears, or rips) or items that dont match the description (e.g., wrong size, color, or material).
- Non-defective items: Exchanges for a different size or color, subject to availability (no refunds for non-defective items).
3.Exclusions: Personalized, customized, hygiene-related (e.g., undergarments), or clearance/sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Campaign Draw prizes (e.g., won clothing) follow separate rules outlined in the Campaign Draw Terms.
4. Proof of purchase: A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
• Online purchases (website/app):
- Contact support@winasa.com within 15 days to request a return or exchange authorization.
- Pack the item securely with its original packaging and tags.
- Ship it to our designated address in Manama (you cover shipping costs unless the item is defective).
- Well inspect the item within 35 business days and process your exchange (if available) or refund.
• In-store purchases:
- Bring the item to the original Winasa store within 15 days, along with your receipt and a valid ID (e.g., national ID or passport) for
verification.
- Our team will inspect the item on-site and process the exchange or refund immediately, if eligible.
• ID verification: Required for all in-store returns and exchanges to ensure a secure process.
- Defective or non-conforming items: We offer repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the issue:
- Full refund: Issued if the item cannot be repaired or replaced, cred ited to your Winasa Credits wallet (retaining the original 12-month expiration from purchase date) or original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card) within 510 business days after inspection.
- Partial refund: For minor issues, minus any shipping or processing fees, credited to your Winasa Credits wallet or original payment method.
2.Non-defective exchanges: Well exchange for a different size or color, if available; no cash refunds for non-defective items.
3.Shipping costs: We cover return shipping for defective items; other wise, youre responsible for shipping costs.
4.Campaign Draw impact: Refunds for clothing purchased with Winasa Credits do not affect your Campaign Draw entries. Store credit pur chases are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, ensuring your raffle entry persists regardless of merchandise returns.
